Holiday Inn Arlington at Ballston by IHG

The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable and I slept well. The rooms could have been cleaner though but they weren't that bad. The bathroom in the room was very spacious and the toilet seat was very wide which helped a lot with mobility. The breakfast was okay it could have been better but it was okay. The staff were also very friendly. The parking was a bit hard and there is a high risk of scratching your car when pulling into the self parking area but overall it was a nice stay.

I reserved a room at the Holiday Inn at Ballston for the 50th Anniversary 2025 Marine Corps Marathon. The staff, especially Crystal at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to Crystal for going above and beyond with her excellent customer service, showing great patience and making us feel truly welcome. My wife and I were so grateful for the wonderful experience, and we’re definitely planning to return the next time we’re in the area. Thanks again, Crystal, for everything!

I had a really pleasant stay this past weekend. This was actually my first time staying at a Holiday Inn. I do not usually book this brand. From the moment I checked in, the experience felt welcoming. The woman at the front desk was kind, had a great sense of humor, and brought a positive energy that immediately set the tone for my stay. The two gentlemen at the restaurant were just as friendly and attentive. Service felt natural and easy, which made dining there enjoyable. My room was clean and well maintained, exactly what you want when traveling. At checkout, the team was again helpful and patient, taking time to answer my questions and provide additional information without making it feel rushed. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable stay with consistently friendly service from start to finish. For my first Holiday Inn experience, it exceeded expectations. I will be back!

The service was amazing, my experience with the employees at front desk was very professional excellent customer service. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms are spotless, the atmosphere is relaxing, and every detail shows how much care the hotel puts into creating a great guest experience. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the service. In particular, I want to sincerely thank Will at the reception desk. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, always greeting me with a genuine smile and offering help right away. Whether it was answering questions, giving directions, or handling requests, Will was incredibly patient, professional, and kind. His support made everything so much easier for me, and I felt truly cared for. I’ve stayed in many hotels before, but the warmth and helpfulness here, especially from Will, really stood out. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again.

Loved staying at this hotel on a recent vacation to the D.C. area. The top 2 things about this hotel are 1) the convenient 2-3 block proximity to the metro and 2) the proximity to the highway(66). What’s more, the room was clean and quiet. The restaurant had great hours ( it was still open for a late dinner with our group) and reasonable prices, and front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel! Oh and by the way, great, clean workout room and pool.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past 10 years. I love the location and I love the people working in this hotel. I travel a lot and sometime I arrive early no matter how full the hotel is they will try to accommodate you for an early check-in . Thank you Mimi for the kind hospitality .

I had a wonderful stay! The room was cozy and the hallway was quiet! The from staff working the evening shift were magnificent!!! Mimi and the other young lady were extremely kind, friendly and helpful!! The location was also perfect! It’s walkable (metro and restaurants close by.)
